Help support the conference!
The Academic and Health Policy Conference on Correctional Health is one of the leading academic forums on criminal justice health in the nation. Now in its ninth year, the conference continues to reflect national interest in the development of academic-correctional health relationships.
The conference is hosted by the Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health (ACCJH) — a pioneering membership organization comprised of key leaders engaged in criminal justice health research, health career training, and clinical care delivery systems. The goal of ACCJH and the conference is to provide a forum for sharing and planning research and clinical best practices on public, medical, and behavioral health care of adult and juvenile detainees.
Benefits of supporting ACCJH and the Academic Conference:
- Recognition among ACCJH leaders from academe, public agencies, correctional institutions, and the business community.
- Visibility among hundreds of annual attendees at the conference; last year, the conference attracted attendees from 31 states, 3 countries and 125 institutions.
- Opportunity to converse with criminal justice health care experts, including: administrators, clinicians, dentists, grant funding leaders, medical directors, nurses, and researchers.
- Recognition for funding scholarships for junior investigators and students in criminal justice health.
