The 20th Annual Meeting of ACCJH

The Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health (ACCJH) Annual Meeting is the nation’s premier peer-reviewed conference at the intersection of the criminal legal system and health. Each year, ACCJH convenes leading researchers, clinicians, public health experts, policymakers, and people with lived experience to advance evidence-based practices and policies that improve health and equity for justice-impacted populations.

The 2027 Annual Meeting marks the 20th anniversary of ACCJH. We look forward to celebrating two decades of innovation and impact with our colleagues in Louisville, Kentucky, from March 1–3, 2027.

Host City | Louisville, Kentucky

Louisville is known for its civic engagement, community resilience, and ongoing efforts to promote equity and justice reform.  In recent years, Louisville has been a leader of innovative work at the intersection of public health and the criminal legal system reform, providing ACCJH a meaningful setting for its 20th Annual Meeting. Attendees can pay a visit to the Muhammad Ali Center, which celebrates Ali's legacy of civil rights advocacy, explore unique and historic neighborhoods, or enjoy a walk along Louisville's iconic waterfront.

The ACCJH Conference will be hosted at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville. We look forward to sharing exciting updates about conference registration and hotel accommodations early this fall.
